I got this recipe from my Grandmother while I was in college. I haven't made it in a long time, so I've giving it another try tonight.
Ingredients:
1 pound Ground Beef
1 small chopped onion
2 eggs
2/3 cups quick cook oats
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp basil
Directions:
Combine all in a large bowl. Place in loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

This recipe is definitely family size! It's dinner for two nights for Dave and I.... Goes great with brown rice and mixed veggies
