Grandma Sally's Dip

Ingredients:
8 oz Cream Cheese
2 Tablespoons Russian Dressing
1/4 Cup Chili Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Onion Salt
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

Blend all together in Blender, chill, and serve.
